1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Vrajdhara Farms ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Products and Ordering

Vrajdhara specializes in providing fresh, pure A2 Gir Cow Milk, Bilona Ghee, and organic farm-byproducts.

• Availability: Since our dairy production is organic and follows ethical milking practices (e.g., calf feeding first), milk yields may fluctuate. Orders and subscriptions are subject to raw yield availability.
• Pricing: All product prices listed are subject to change. Delivery charges may apply based on your specific location.
• Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and photos, though minor variations in color or packaging may occur.

3. Delivery and Subscription Policy

For our daily A2 milk subscriptions:

• Milking and Logistics: Deliveries are carried out in clean, temperature-regulated containers shortly after milking to ensure peak freshness.
• Delivery Window: We strive to complete deliveries during early morning hours. However, timing may vary due to weather or operational conditions.
• Cancellations/Pauses: You can pause or cancel your daily subscription at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery via your profile or customer support line. Pauses requested within 24 hours cannot be refunded.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh A2 milk, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged jar/bottle, or if there is a verified quality issue, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. A replacement or store credit will be provided at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all source code, databases, design, graphics, text, and photos on our website are owned or controlled by Vrajdhara, protected by copyright and trademark laws. None of our content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
